  3. Tenant Interviews and References: Conducting tenant interviews and taking references (bank, employer, previous landlord).

  4. Tenancy Agreement: Providing a suitable tenancy agreement.

  5. Liaising with Mortgagees: Managing communications with mortgagees regarding references and tenancy agreements.

  6. Right to Rent Checks: Performing initial right to rent checks.

  7. Deposit Management: Taking, managing, and dealing with tenancy deposits.

  8. Rent Collection: Collecting and transferring rent to the landlord.
